Overview

It is compulsory that you completely agree to these terms before participating in the dusk.host affiliate program. Any affiliate found to be in violation of these terms will have their affiliate account terminated and any pending commissions voided.

Joining the Program

No purchase is necessary in order to join the affiliate program. Users may simply sign up for an account in order to activate their affiliate status.

Your participation in the affiliate program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the dusk.host site, services, and products and receive a commission on sales generated by your referrals. You also agree to receive periodic emails related to our affiliate program.

Affiliate Commissions

Regardless of the service type, service package, and service billing cycle, dusk.host offers a 20% recurring commission per new client referral.

Affiliate commissions can be paid via PayPal or as account credit, with a minimum required commission value of 50,00 € for a payout request. Withdrawals can be requested by submitting a ticket in the client portal. It is important to note that we enforce a strict 90-day hold on all affiliate commissions to combat fraud.

If the referred product/service was refunded, the membership cancelled, or money was reimbursed, dusk.host reserves the right to deduct the appropriate commissions from the affiliate's account.

Affiliates are not allowed to "refer themselves" in order to earn commissions.

Affiliate accounts which have been suspended or terminated may, at our discretion, have some or all referrals invalidated and their commission balance adjusted accordingly.

Affiliate Tracking

After signing up for the program you will receive a unique affiliate URL within the affiliate control panel which you will use to advertise our website and services. When someone clicks through this URL a cookie will be set in their browser with your affiliate ID and their IP address will also be logged with your affiliate ID. During that visit to our website or any later visit within 180 days, when a purchase is made the commission will be given based on the existence of the cookie or a match of the IP address in the database.

Revokation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• inappropriate advertisements such as but not limited to: false claims, misleading hyperlinks
• any and all kinds of spamming
• advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
• violation of intellectual property rights such as copying dusk.host material

Further, dusk.host reserves the right to revoke your affiliate status at any time, for any other reason not listed above, at our sole discretion.

Changes to the Affiliate Terms and Conditions

dusk.host reserves the right to alter, revise, update and change these Affiliate Terms and Conditions in any way without notice at any time under our sole discretion and can apply any and all changes and updates retroactively. If any modification is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
